Sometimes all we need is someone to listen, encourage us, and share practical ideas that have helped someone else navigate life's challenges.
If you're looking for encouragement, direction, or simply someone to talk with, these are friendly, informal mentoring conversations — not professional counseling or therapy. My goal is simply to encourage you, share what has worked in my own life, and help you think through whatever challenges or opportunities you may be facing.

I offer free one-on-one virtual mentoring sessions by appointment through Zoom for anyone who would like to talk. No matter where you are, we can connect.
If you live within approximately 10 miles of Windsor Locks, CT, we may also be able to meet in person at a mutually agreed-upon public location.
Our conversations are relaxed, confidential, and focused on encouragement — not judgment. My hope is that you'll leave with greater clarity, renewed confidence, and practical ideas you can begin applying right away.
